This volume contains the minutes of the Carpenters' Company of Philadelphia describing the proceedings of their annual, quarterly and special meetings. It includes members' attendance and elections for positions and committees as well as reports from committees. It also includes reports on the Carpenters' Company's holdings, such as rental properties, stocks, interests and bonds as well as general expenses and incomes. The minutes contains blank pages left in memoriam of deceased members. It covers a large portion of the first half of the 20th century beginning in 1911 and ending in 1942.
