Written by Tom Stokes.]]> William Cary Betts was a master builder elected to the Carpenters' Company of Philadelphia in 1842. Betts was listed at 43 Cherry street in the 1840 Philadelphia Directory. He worked on the construction of Pennsylvania Hall in 1835. Betts was marked deceased in 1845.
