Description

Joseph Lyndall was a house carpenter elected to the Carpenters' Company of Philadelphia in 1814. Members of his family were professional cabinetmakers. He resided on Lombard street above 9th street. Lyndall died in 1822, leaving behind a wife and young children. The Carpenters' Company paid for the children's schooling and book supplies.
