Joseph Wills was a master builder elected to the Carpenters' Company of Philadelphia in 1836. He served as a Warden of the Company from 1840-1842. Wills built or worked on the Western Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia.In 1845 he lived on 13th street above Poplar street. Joseph Wills died in 1860.
