Description
William Randolph was a master builder elected to the Carpenters' Company of Philadelphia in 1814. In the 1820 City Directory he is listed as a lumber merchant residing at 223 N. Water street. He served as the Company's Secretary in from 1824-26 and on the Managing Committee from 1828-1830. He died in 1837.
